Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will vary from order to order depending on several factors including the Shipping Method selected, shipping location and weight of order.

Customers purchase will be adjusted to the actual cost of shipping and confirmed with the customer prior to final processing.

When multiple items are purchased, shipping will be adjusted in the best interest of our customers. Winterland Ski & Board and Cycle World is not interested in making a profit on the shipping and will  endeavor to keep the shipping cost reasonable. Customers will be notified via  email on final shipping charges before product is shipped out.

Local customers can choose to pickup their purchase at our store and will not be charged shipping.

Payment Methods

Winterland Ski & Board and Cycle World accepts  Mastercard, Visa and Paypal  payments using the secure PayPal payment system. Credit cards will be authorized but payment will not be processed until day of shipment. After you place your order, you will receive e-mails to confirm your order.

If you wish to put through an order but are uncomfortable paying online you can choose Email as your payment method and then contact us by phone to let us know your payment details.
 
• Order Confirmation: This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number and details of the products ordered and shipping information.

• Shipment Confirmation: This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. Credit Cards are not charged until order items are shipped.

REFUNDS / Warranties

Warranties on all products are on manufacturers defects only. All warranties are issued by the manufacturer upon arrival and product  inspection or unless agreed otherwise.  Damage  due to normal wear or obvious neglect will not be covered by warranty.

Refunds will be for the amount you paid for the product(s). Original freight charges and any handling fees you incurred at the time of purchase will not be refunded. Unless it is our error or agreed upon email or phone conservation.
